This is the very spot where Martin Luther King, Jr. preached and was co-pastor with his father in Atlanta, Georgia. The church is part of a larger complex that honors Dr. King. It's a powerful place to be. You can feel the greatness of the man and his mission.
I also felt overwhelming sorrow and loss. I wish I had more time to visit, reflect, and absorb the enormity of his purpose in our world. I plan on returning again and spending that time. I hope you can do the same.
